Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Culinary Supervisor at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is an experienced cook who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food service.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, overseeing proper food storage, and helping control costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years experience as a line cook with supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food prep meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure kitchen equipment is operational.
• Oversee correct breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Handle opening, closing and side work duties.
• Help maintain food costs within targets set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and managers to satisfy guests.
