Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Culinary Supervisor for the 1919 Kitchen and Tap team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role is full-time or part-time, requiring an experienced cook with supervisory skills to deliver culinary excellence to guests.

Qualifications

• Two years' supervisory experience in a kitchen.
• Experience as a line cook and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage food prep and portion control to standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all kitchen team members and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure kitchen equipment works.
• Oversee proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating and storage of food.
• Perform opening and closing duties and oversee side-work tasks.
• Help maintain food cost within the approved parameters with culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
