Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a Line Cook/Lead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attentive to detail with basic math for recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly dining room menus from recipes.
• Supervise food prep while ensuring quality and sanitation.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and walk-ins are clean and organized.
• Maintain food cost within culinary leadership parameters.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as directed.
