Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA, is seeking a part-time Culinary Supervisor to lead our Legends Restaurant team. If you are an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced setting, you will help deliver quality service and food to guests.

You will supervise food prep, maintain quality and sanitation, manage portion sizes, and support cost controls while guiding team members through opening, closing, and daily side work.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in similar kitchen roles, e.g., Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Ability to communicate in a leadership capacity.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
• Supervise food prep maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Verify portion sizes, quality standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment functionality and supervise cleanliness of walk-ins and freezers.
