Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Culinary Supervisors at TD Garden in Boston. You will support culinary operations for Bruins and Celtics games, concerts and events, overseeing food prep, quality and cost control while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules, with pay at $25.00/hour. This position requires reliable leadership and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and accurate recipe measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
• Supervise food prep, maintain quality, presentation, and sanitation standards; verify portions and procedures.
• Ensure kitchen equipment runs efficiently; supervise cleaning and organization of walk-ins and freezers; manage food storage and dating.
