Job summary

Eastern Health Group is seeking a Culinary Service Manager to oversee the dietary department, including staffing, food ordering, preparation, delivery, and clean-up, in compliance with policies and regulations.

You will lead operations, manage budget and supplies, ensure high food quality, supervise staff, and coordinate with dietary consultants to plan menus and ensure therapeutic diets.

Qualifications

• Must hold RD or CDM certification as specified.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training and developing department personnel.
• Plan menus with dietary consultants to meet nutritional standards.
• Purchase food and supplies within budget and maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and sanitation.
• Maintain records and assist in care planning and dietary documentation.
• Monitor food production and service quality, and supervise residents' diet needs.
