Apploi is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to oversee the dietary operations within our healthcare setting. You will lead day-to-day activities of the dietary department, plan menus, supervise staff, ensure sanitation, and maintain regulatory compliance to provide high-quality meals for patients and residents.

Your role involves collaborating with the culinary team, documenting food preparation and waste, and driving quality improvement initiatives while delivering exceptional service to patients,

• Prior experience in a dietary setting, preferably in healthcare.
