Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years executive chef experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary degree and 3+ years of foodservice sales experience.
• Proficiency in culinary operations, food trends and restaurant industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted culinary strategies to hit regional goals and growth.
• Coordinate with Directors to identify opportunities using data.
• Collaborate with sales partners to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Track activities and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Use sampling strategically to close sales and drive value.
• Stay informed on market trends, innovations, and competitor activity.
• Support event planning, shows, and culinary demonstrations.
• Manage test kitchen operations, costs, and safety compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff and interns.
