Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience and become a personal chef and butcher expert. You will handle inventory, online order picking, and checkout with a focus on product knowledge and excellent service.

The role requires physical tasks, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work in a cold environment. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a wide range of people.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork Foods.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to provide recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience and personalize the service.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties, rotate products, and manage store cleanliness.
• Oversee daily price changes and operate the cash register as needed.
• Process ecommerce orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in cold environments, including walk-in freezers, during inventory.
