Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing retail and culinary team in our Florida store. You will drive store performance, mentor staff, and create memorable customer experiences across culinary and retail offerings.

Role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a commitment to SOPs, safety, and guest satisfaction. Flexible scheduling and 46–48 hour weeks may apply as part of store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Current Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet sales/goals.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary and retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales and store performance through merchandising and guest engagement.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and coach staff with performance plans and development goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies.
