Job summary

Sur La Table in Orlando, FL, is opening a new location and seeks a General Manager to lead high-performing retail and culinary teams across the guest journey. You will drive store performance with strong operations, merchandising, and people leadership while delivering best-in-class service.

You'll recruit and develop talent, coach associates, and implement strategies to exceed sales goals, monitor KPIs, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Current Food Manager Certification, or ability to acquire certification as needed.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing sales teams while meeting operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and uphold a positive team culture.
• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable customer experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales and financial goals across culinary and retail operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product merchandising.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and manage attendance records.
