Job summary

Auberge Collection's Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley, Utah, seeks a Receiver to oversee the intake of culinary products and coordinate with kitchens and suppliers. You will verify specifications, generate receiving sheets, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma and prior warehouse experience, plus strong organization and communication to keep inventory accurate and move goods efficiently across departments.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and coordinating culinary products including food and beverage.

• Communicate changes or issues to relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Assist in inventory storage organization and optimize space to minimize waste.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines for handling and storing products.
• Keep walk-in cooler, freezer, dry storage, and linen areas clean and orderly.
