Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking team members for its dining outlets. This role involves taking orders, processing payments, delivering meals, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will support food preparation areas, monitor product quality, and collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are at least 18, have 6 months in food or customer service, and possess strong interpersonal and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of experience in food or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and process payments.
• Deliver orders to guests and perform bussing and dining area cleaning.
• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters and displays as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling throughout shift (Sanitation standards).
• Work with culinary staff to coordinate workflow and meet guest demand.
• Maintain equipment and assist with daily station setup and upkeep.
