Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to support all culinary operations at the Toledo Complex, including the Huntington Center and Glass City Center. You will oversee food production, kitchen operations, sanitation standards, and stewarding functions, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service.

Under direction of the Executive/Sous Chef, you will lead a culinary team, collaborate on menu specifications, and assist with staff training and development in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen.
