Job summary

Legends Global in Toledo is seeking a dedicated Catering Coordinator to support day-to-day catering operations across the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). You will plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, coordinate with culinary teams, and prepare BEOs and event orders.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in hospitality coordination, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and excellent customer service with the ability to multitask in

Qualifications

• Prior experience in creating BEOs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of catering event order systems; Infor and TapIn2 is a plus.
• Detail oriented and organized; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal and external events.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill requests.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Collaborate with culinary team to select menus and track costs.
• Assist with staff scheduling and act as manager on duty during events.
• Support front-of-house catering operations and post-event invoicing.
