Job summary

Legends Global in Toledo, OH, seeks a Concessions Supervisor to lead event-day concessions staff across Huntington Center and Glass City Center, ensuring outstanding guest service, proper cash handling and compliance with food and alcohol standards.

You will assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory control, while maintaining safety and quality during high-volume events and unpredictable weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to lift 10–30 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining guest interaction.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of staff.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train on alcohol service and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure cash handling and service procedures are properly documented and enforced.
