Job summary

Legends Global’s Toledo Complex, including Huntington Center and Glass City Center, seeks a seasoned catering supervisor to manage event food service. You’ll oversee planning, service quality, budgeting, and upselling strategies, collaborating with sales and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Applicants should have four+ years in catering or food service, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in catering or food service required.
• Facility/industry experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for events of all sizes.
• Manage staff and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
• Assist catering sales and service personnel with sales strategies and problem solving.
• Prepare and execute contracts and ensure profitability of events.
• Produce sales reports and coordinate with operations and sales teams.
