Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Catering Sous Chef to support all catering culinary operations and oversee day-to-day production, operations and sanitation across facilities in Toledo, OH.

You will work with the Catering Director to ensure overall success of the Catering Operation, lead culinary staff, monitor receiving and storage, and ensure compliance with health and company standards.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute, or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of catering/outlet kitchens.
• Ensure receiving, storage and rotation of food products meet Health Department standards.
• Oversee sanitation standards across kitchens and staff.
• Produce foods for catering operations as directed by Executive Chef.
• Maintain positive customer relations and prudent financial practices.
