Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Growth-minded Chef Manager for our Columbus, OH location. You will oversee both culinary and food service operations, ensuring high-quality meal production and service delivery in a contract foodservice setting.

The role emphasizes menu development, cost controls, inventory management, and adherence to HACCP standards, with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability. Prior contract foodservice leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Experience with exposition cooking is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of the food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on sourcing local products.
• Demonstrates a passion for sustainability.
