Job summary

Eurest is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for Mendota Heights, MN to lead the culinary and food service operation. You will manage menu development, cost controls, inventory, ordering and receiving, with a focus on sourcing local products and sustainability to delight corporate dining guests.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining, with HACCP knowledge and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• HACCP knowledge is required to ensure food safety and quality.
• P&L accountability experience and contract-managed service understanding are desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus for credibility and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
