Eurest USA in Lititz, PA is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations. Salary range is $65,000–$70,000 annually.

This role focuses on menu development, cost controls, inventory management, and sourcing local products while driving sustainability and quality across the operation. The Chef Manager will oversee kitchen activities, ensure compliance with HACCP, manage vendors, and support the dining program for corporate sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking needed.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certified is a plus.
