You will learn all aspects of high-volume food service, assist in food prep, and advance supervisory skills under supervision. Advanced English is required and prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in restaurant management or culinary arts, or a recent graduate within 12 months of graduation.
• Prior kitchen work experience required.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of high-volume food service.
• Assist in preparing food for service (e.g., chop vegetables, butcher meat, or prepare sauces).
• Assist in preparing menu items under supervision.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
