Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile Kitchen Aide to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and support daily catering needs.

You will perform all kitchen functions, follow recipes, manage food safety, and work in a fast-paced school or campus cafeteria environment. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, stocking coolers, operating basic equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and cash register tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, recipes, and memos.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment and serving lines.

Responsabilités

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food prep per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to FIFO inventory practices.
• Assist with dishwashing, equipment sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Assist with cash handling and meal reconciliation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to HHFKA/CACFP regulations and Opaa! safety procedures.
