Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• GPA requirement for internship as applicable by university.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Knife skills or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items across all kitchen stations.
• Rotate through pizza/pasta, deli, salad bar, grill, and international cuisine.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to customer service standards.
• Practice safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events including set-up and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and interpersonal skills.
