OVERVIEW: The Bon Appetit Culinary Internship Program is a paid program that gives hospitality students the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inspirational kitchen culture. Working closely with culinary mentors, Bon Appetit interns have an inside look at what goes on behind the scenes at a leading food service & hospitality organization. Bon Appétit is an on-site restaurant company offering full foodservice management to corporations, universities, museums and specialty venues. Based in Palo Alto, California, Bon Appétit operates more than 1,000 cafes in 33 states for dozens of marquee clients.
CULINARY INTERNS WILL:
Interns should expect to contribute individually and as a team member to support Culinary Services and work towards goals and objectives assigned by an experienced manager.
