Job summary

A community-focused organization in Colorado Springs is seeking a Culinary Instructor I to facilitate culinary training and oversee food service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive cooking knowledge, alongside the ability to teach culinary arts effectively. Responsibilities include meal preparation, volunteer supervision, and training students in a supportive, Christian environment. Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience supervising or cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Previous experience working with homeless, addicted, or mentally ill individuals is desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse groups while promoting teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates culinary training and assists with food service initiatives.
• Prepares meals for clients, residents, and volunteers.
• Training and overseeing various levels of volunteers.
