Job summary

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum team to design, refine training curriculum and lesson plans.
• Recruit and enroll staff into training cohorts and coordinate scheduling with site supervisors.
• Manage training logistics including site booking, kitchen setup, equipment needs and safety compliance.
• Deliver training with demonstrations, hands-on practice, and coaching.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support site implementation.
