The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in culinary or teaching roles, a ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain), and strong organizational and classroom-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of culinary, teaching, or training experience.
• Experience working in commercial or teaching kitchens.
• Current ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and data systems).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on culinary lessons and demonstrations.
• Develop and adapt curriculum for diverse learners.
• Maintain a safe, clean teaching kitchen and inventory.
• Ensure food safety standards and ServSafe compliance.
• Mentor youth and foster inclusive learning.
• Coordinate field trips, events, and enrichment activities.
