Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a seasoned Unified Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and support Navy collaboration capabilities. You will work on CUCM, VoIP, CMS, and collaboration apps to ensure secure, reliable communications across classified environments.

You will configure voice/video endpoints, gateways, and dialing plans while addressing interoperability challenges and modernization efforts. A TS/SCI clearance is required and a DoD‑aligned cyber cert is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years engineering, administering, and troubleshooting CUCM in an enterprise environment.
5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting VoIP/IP telephony including SIP, SCCP, dial plans, voice gateways.
3+ years deploying and administering Cisco collaboration apps (Jabber, Webex, Teams, or IM&P).
3+ years configuring, deploying, and supporting Cisco voice/video endpoints (IP phones, VTC).
Experience administering CMS and enterprise conferencing platforms.
Experience troubleshooting voice/video/collaboration using SIP, RTP, QoS, call trace analysis.
TS/SCI clearance required.
HS diploma or GED required.
DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and sustain enterprise collaboration solutions for Navy environments.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco voice, video, and conferencing solutions.
Ensure secure, reliable, and highly available collaboration services.
Apply expertise in enterprise networking, virtualization, and IP communications to support classified environments.
Advise on best practices to deploy next‑gen DoD communications capabilities.
