Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain enterprise collaboration across mission-critical environments. You will configure CUCM, VoIP, SIP, and Cisco collaboration apps while ensuring secure, reliable services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end deployment, integration of voice/video endpoints, and troubleshooting using SIP, RTP, QoS, and call traces. Candidates must have TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering, administering CUCM in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years configuring VoIP/IP telephony incl. SIP, SCCP, dial plans, voice gateways.
• 3+ years deploying Cisco collaboration apps (Jabber, Webex, Teams, IM&P).
• 3+ years configuring voice/video endpoints (IP phones, VTC).
• Experience with CMS and troubleshooting voice/video issues (SIP, RTP, QoS).
• TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 cybersecurity certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Cisco collaboration solutions for mission-critical environments.
• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot CUCM, voice/video endpoints, and collaboration apps.
• Provide guidance on secure, reliable, highly available collaboration services across networks.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for DoD/national defense programs.
