Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise collaboration for Navy missions. You will configure CUCM, VoIP, SIP, voice gateways, dial plans, CMS, and collaboration apps like Jabber, Webex, and Teams to deliver secure, reliable communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering, administering, and troubleshooting CUCM in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting VoIP/IP telephony including SIP, SCCP, dial plans, and voice gateways.
• 3+ years deploying Cisco collaboration apps (Jabber, Webex, Teams) or Cisco IM&P.
• 3+ years configuring Cisco voice/video endpoints (IP phones, VTC).
• Experience administering CMS.
• Troubleshooting voice/video problems using SIP, RTP, QoS, and call traces.
• TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 (Security+ CE) certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain CUCM and VoIP solutions for Navy operations.
• Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco voice/video endpoints and conferencing.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on DoD collaboration programs.
