Verizon seeks a senior Sales Engineer in a mobile role, working from customer sites and field locations with occasional Verizon visits. You will lead CTO-level strategy discussions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and architect complex network solutions including Dark Fiber and ILA, while mentoring others.

You will drive revenue realization with major accounts like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, managing high-stakes RFPs and ensuring feasibility with internal tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Network Architecture for large accounts.
• Advanced networking certifications and a track record of revenue attainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in CTO-level strategic discussions to architect long-term network solutions.
• Lead tiger teams with GCNE, Legal, Pricing, and Product to close deals.
• Engineer SOPs for complex Dark Fiber/ILA/Lit network products.
• Drive AI-enabled route assessments and pricing analysis for deals.
• Mentor the technical talent pipeline within Principal Sales Engineering.
• Support high-stakes RFPs and manage internal inventory/tools for feasibility.
