Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Network Architecture focusing on Tier-1 hyperscalers or complex Enterprise accounts.
• Advanced networking certifications (e.g., Juniper Pro, BGP, or equivalent).
• History of high performance in revenue attainment and complex RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Engage in CTO-level strategic discussions to architect long-term, high-capacity network infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional tiger teams to navigate obstacles for deal closure and implementation.
• Engineer and document SOPs for products lacking documentation in Dark Fiber and Lit networks.
• Drive systemic process improvements (DLM, EMR) to streamline internal initiatives.
• Leverage GenAI and data tools to perform route assessments and pricing analysis.
• Mentor and develop the technical talent pipeline within the Principal Sales Engineering organization.
• Manage high-stakes RFPs and identify strategic vs transactional risks.
• Maintain expertise in internal inventory and mapping tools for real-time feasibility analysis.
