Job summary

Exoben Inc. in the United States seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead the company’s technology strategy and architecture across batteries, energy storage systems, solar solutions, and EV infrastructure.

You will oversee engineering standards, product architecture, and cross-divisional innovation, working with the Chief Battery Technology Officer and other leaders to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software. This is a senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years in technology leadership, preferably in energy, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software systems and integration.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and complex product development.
• Able to think strategically while also handling technical details.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Exoben’s overall technology strategy across all products and platforms.
• Ensure alignment between engineering teams across battery, energy storage, solar, EV infrastructure, and mobility.
• Set technical standards, architecture, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee system-level integration between hardware and software components.
• Guide product development to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Support innovation by identifying new technologies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D to transition new technologies into real products.
• Ensure technology meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate technical risks and implement robust solutions early.
• Support digital transformation including software platforms and data systems.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to ensure scalable designs.
• Build and lead a strong global engineering and technology team.
