Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead the company’s long-term, global strategy.

You will define how Exoben expands across markets, how LithioX™, SodioX™, ExoSolar™, and ExoBoost™ come together, and how all business units and functions work as a unified platform to deliver results. You will connect strategy to execution, working with operations, finance, and technology to ensure plans are practical, data-driven, and focused on high-impact growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong understanding of global energy, infrastructure, or technology markets.
• Highly analytical and able to simplify complex problems.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define Exoben’s long-term global strategy and align all business units.
• Shape integration of LithioX™, SodioX™, ExoSolar™, ExoBoost™ as a single platform.
• Identify high-value markets for global expansion and partnerships.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate opportunities including partnerships, JVs, and investments.
• Guide product and market strategy for strong positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with CFO on capital allocation and growth planning.
• Ensure strategy execution is realistic and actionable.
