Exoben Inc. seeks a practical and experienced Chief Energy Storage Officer (CESO) to lead its energy storage systems globally.

You will oversee design, deployment and scaling across residential, commercial and utility-scale projects, working with battery, solar and charging teams to ensure the platform runs as a cohesive system. This executive role emphasizes execution, reliability and performance under real-world conditions, with focus on grid integration, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, Power Systems or related field (Master/PhD preferred).
• 15+ years in energy systems, grid infrastructure or large-scale storage.
• Strong understanding of power systems, inverters, grid integration and battery storage.
• Experience delivering projects from design to deployment.
• Practical, results‑driven leader with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global energy storage strategy for residential, commercial and utility-scale.
• Oversee design and deployment of ExoGrid systems powered by LithioX and SodioX.
• Ensure integration between storage, solar, and EV charging.
• Guide engineering on system architecture and grid interaction.
• Lead and build a global energy storage team.
• Ensure compliance with grid standards and regulatory frameworks.
