Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solar energy systems or renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering solar projects from design to deployment.
• Understanding of performance, reliability and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Exoben’s global solar technology strategy across residential, commercial and utility-scale systems.
• Oversee the design and performance of ExoSolar panels and solar systems.
• Ensure strong integration between solar generation, energy storage and EV charging infrastructure.
• Guide engineering teams on system design, efficiency and performance optimization.
• Ensure solar systems operate reliably in different environments, including heat, dust and weather.
• Work with operations to deliver solar projects on time and per spec.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, durability and cost.
• Support expansion into new markets by adapting systems to local conditions and regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality components.
