Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly organized SVP, Battery Technology to lead the execution of battery programs. You will translate the CTO’s vision into market-ready products, manage engineering teams, coordinate with manufacturing, and ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

You will drive timelines, performance, and scale across LithioX™ and SodioX™ programs, with a focus on disciplined execution and measurable results for a global energy platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in battery technology, product development or energy systems.
• Strong experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Understanding battery systems including cell design, thermal management and manufacturing processes.
• Highly organized and focused on results.
• Strong leadership with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of battery development programs across LithioX™ and SodioX™ platforms.
• Manage engineering teams responsible for cell design, battery packs and system integration.
• Ensure product development timelines are met from concept to production.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and ready for scale.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to secure materials and components.
• Ensure all battery systems meet performance, safety and reliability targets.
• Support testing, validation and certification processes.
• Track key performance metrics and improve product quality over time.
• Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Align teams across engineering, operations and product functions.
• Build and lead a strong execution-focused battery team.
