Yahoo Inc. seeks a Senior Director of CTO FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization. You will partner with the CTO and engineering leadership to drive investments across Opex and Capex, shaping long-range planning and forecasting.

You will guide resource allocation, cost efficiency, and analytics, champion AI-enabled forecasting, and deliver strategic insights to executives. This hybrid role engages cross-functional leaders globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of finance experience, including digital media industry.
5+ years of management experience and FP&A focus on technology.

Responsibilities

Support the VP of Corporate FP&A with forecasting, annual budget planning, long-range planning, and executive presentations.
Serve as trusted advisor to CTO and engineering leaders, delivering financial guidance on resource allocation, metrics, cloud infra, software licensing, and cost efficiencies.
Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L review across CTO pillars.
Oversee and manage cost budgets across the Central Technology Office, ensuring accountability and discipline.
Champion AI-enabled analytics and predictive modeling to automate variance reconciliations and speed month-end close.
