Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of related finance experience, ideally including digital media industry experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience
• Proven experience in FP&A / Financial Operations with a focus on technology and cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud services business models, pricing strategies, and market trends

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, annual budget planning, long-range planning, and day-to-day financial and operations analysis, plus executive presentations.
• Advise CTO and engineering leaders with actionable financial guidance on resource allocation, metrics, cloud infra, software licensing, and cost efficiencies.
• Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual CTO P&L reviews.
• Oversee CTO cost budgets across the Central Technology Office and ensure accountability.
• Champion AI-enabled analytics and predictive modeling to automate variance reconciliations and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial projections using data and market trends.
• Provide insights and analytics to leadership to support company goals and objectives.
• Assess ROI and total cost of ownership for tech initiatives including AI infrastructure and cloud investments.
