Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of CTO FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization.

You will partner with CTO and engineering leaders to manage Opex and Capex, and drive technology ROI across cloud and AI initiatives. You will forecast, budget, and provide actionable insights, guiding resource allocation and cost optimization in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of related finance experience with tech/digital media preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience leading FP&A/financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud pricing models and technology ROI.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for CTO FP&A.
• Advise CTO/engineering leaders on resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L reviews.
• Oversee CTO cost budgets and drive AI-enabled analytics adoption.
• Develop detailed short- and long-term financial projections.
• Present insights to senior leadership to influence decisions.
