Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of CTO FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization.

You will partner with CTO and engineering leaders to manage Opex and Capex, forecast performance, and drive technology investments with discipline and accuracy. You’ll guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans while promoting AI-enabled analytics, predictive modeling, and efficient cost controls across the CTO portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of related finance experience, ideally including digital media industry experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, annual budget planning, long-range planning, and executive presentations.
• Advise CTO and engineering leaders on financial guidance for resource allocation, metrics, cloud infra, and cost efficiencies.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L reviews for CTO pillars.
• Oversee cost budgets for Central Technology Office and ensure accountability.
