Director of CTO FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization, partnering with CTO and engineering leaders to manage Opex and Capex, and align technology investments with business goals. The role drives forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly reviews, guiding ROI, TCO, cloud economics, and AI-enabled analytics, with a hybrid work model and strong emphasis on strategic finance within a fast-moving tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
10+ years of related finance experience, ideally including digital media industry experience.
5+ years of Management experience.
Proven experience in FP&A / Financial Operations with a focus on technology and cloud.
Strong understanding of cloud services business models, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; attention to detail; problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting, while creating visual graphs/data to tell a cohesive story.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Forecasting, annual budget planning, long-range planning, day-to-day financial analysis, and executive presentations.
Serve as trusted strategic advisor to CTO and engineering leaders on resource allocation, metrics, cloud infrastructure, licensing, and cost efficiencies.
Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L reviews across CTO pillars.
Oversee cost budgets across Central Technology Office and ensure accountability.
Champion AI-enabled analytics and predictive modeling tools to automate variance reconciliations and accelerate close.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial projections leveraging operational data and market trends.
Interface with leadership to provide insights and analytics to deliver company goals.
Assess ROI and total cost of ownership for foundational technology initiatives including product development and cloud investments.
