Job summary

Morris Brown College in Atlanta seeks a Project Coordinator for the Center for Teaching, Learning & Innovation (CTLI) within Academic Affairs. The role supports the CTLI Director and Provost, coordinating programs, events, calendars, communications, and data for teaching excellence.

You will manage project pipelines, maintain records, assist with grants, and provide onboarding and faculty/dean support, working across offices to ensure timely delivery and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Progressive experience in program or project coordination.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CTLI operations, calendar, service requests, project pipeline, and resources.
• Plan and execute workshops, events, and learning communities; handle logistics and communications.
• Serve as first contact for CTLI inquiries and route requests appropriately.
• Maintain electronic files, templates, records, and SOPs to support continuity.
• Assist with purchasing, invoices, reimbursements, and grant documentation.
