Job summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking an Education Program Development and Implementation Specialist 6 in the Institute on Community Integration's CEHD programs. This onsite role focuses on coordinating ICAP development, implementation, data collection, and reporting with a team of investigators and partners.

Responsibilities span coordinating day-to-day activities, managing data and reports, recruiting participants, and delivering CtLC trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and validating assessments in human services, healthcare, or education.
• Experience with Charting the Lifecourse (CtLC) framework and tools.
• Strong writing and reporting skills for technical documents and publications.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day ICAP project activities with ICI, states, and partners.
• Oversee task progress and support staff to accomplish project goals.
• Support development of panels for ICAP item selection and reports.
• Maintain CtLC expertise and deliver CtLC trainings and materials.
• Assist with data collection, management, analysis preparation, and data quality checks.
• Prepare literature reviews, technical reports, and dissemination materials.
