Job summary

Randolph College is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator for the Center for Teaching and Learning. The role provides logistical support for faculty professional development and collaborates with campus partners to develop and assess educational initiatives aligned with the liberal arts mission.

The coordinator stays current with research in teaching and learning, supports course design and outcomes assessment, and contributes to CTL communications under the Director’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Effective communication with faculty, staff, and students.
• Strong presentational and writing skills for diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated project management skills with multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for faculty professional development.
• Collaborate with campus partners to develop, sustain, and assess educational development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with research and frameworks in teaching and learning relevant to liberal arts education.
• Support faculty in designing courses and assessing learning outcomes.
• Contribute to Center for Teaching and Learning communications.
• Support the unit’s overall success under the Director’s leadership.
