Job summary

Grinnell College's Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment is seeking a collaborative Program Coordinator to help shape and support a culture of teaching, learning, and professional growth. This highly visible role partners with the CTL Director to plan, coordinate, and administer programs supporting faculty development and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of applicable experience at an advanced administrative level.
• Experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to independently organize and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CTL initiatives, including events, workshops, and grant‑funded programs.
• Partner with the CTL Director and CTL staff to advance the center's mission and goals.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, contracts, event logistics, and resource management.
• Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, campus partners, and external organizations.
• Act as a key contact for CTL programs with clear, professional communication.
• Anticipate challenges, manage priorities, and ensure programs run with excellence.
• Integrate risk management and sound decision-making into planning and implementation.
