Grinnell College's Center for Teaching and Learning seeks a collaborative Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and administer a wide range of programs that support faculty development and academic excellence.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with the CTL Director, manage events, workshops, orientations, and speaker engagements, and ensure clear communication and meticulous program execution across campus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CTL initiatives (Community Fridays; summer workshops).
• Assist with New Faculty Orientation components and visiting speaker events.
• Support grant-funded CTL programs and portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with CTL Director and staff to advance strategic goals.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, contracts, event logistics, and resources.
• Build relationships with faculty, staff, partners, and external organizations.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Anticipate challenges and manage competing priorities.
• Integrate risk management into program planning.
