Job summary

Pearson is seeking a State Adoption Advanced Specialist to own strategy, requirements interpretation, and post-adoption execution for CTE state adoptions. You will align with RFP/Bid teams, analyze state data, and guide district communications while coordinating with Sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in K-12 state adoptions or CTE education markets, with a strong ability to translate complex requirements into actionable guidance. This is a US-based remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the K-12 or CTE education market.
• Experience with Texas adoption process is helpful due to its significance.
• Experience navigating state adoption bid processes and providing strategic guidance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal subject matter expert on CTE state adoption processes and timelines.
• Research state enrollment data and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Translate state requirements into clear guidance for bid teams and product.
• Coordinate with Sales to support state adoption materials and strategy.
• Manage district-specific communication during adoption reviews and post-adoption execution.
