Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Santa Clara, CA seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with CTA certification to lead AI-driven platform implementations. You will deploy Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related capabilities, translating blueprints into scalable configurations and workflows.

You will mentor junior consultants, run technical workstreams, and collaborate with AI architects to deliver go-live activities and customer workshops.

Qualifications

• 10-14 years of overall professional experience with at least 7 years in ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Mandatory CTA certification.
• Minimum of two active CIS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, and DevOps.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, APIs, and Automated Test Framework.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI workflows.
• CAD certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related AI capabilities.
• Translate AI blueprints into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Prototype and implement AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot configuration conflicts, data gaps, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Architects on adoption roadmaps and go-lives.
• Conduct customer workshops and hands-on training.
• Advise stakeholders on architecture, AI adoption, and governance.
• Document configurations and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workstreams.
